Earth Day Grant

The Air & Waste Management Association - Niagara Frontier Section (A&WMA-NFS) is sponsoring several grants for up to $500.00 in honor of Earth Day 2010. The purpose of the grant is to promote environmental awareness through educational activities.
· The grant is open to educational institutions and organizations in the New York State counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Niagara and Wyoming. · Applications must be submitted to Dave Copeland, 54 Bramhill Court, East Amherst NY 14051, Fax # 716-879-7398 or email dave_copeland@praxair.com. · Applications must be postmarked, faxed or emailed no later than March 1, 2010. · Any questions regarding the Earth Day Grant should be directed to: Dave Copeland (716) 879-2460 / email dave_copeland@praxair.com
Application conditions: · All applications will be reviewed and the grant awarded by A&WMA-NFS Education Committee. The decision of the committee is final. · After completion of the Earth Day project/event, grant recipients must submit a brief letter/email report to A&WMA-NFS which includes a summary of the project (photos of the project are encouraged). · The award must be used during the 2009 / 2010 academic school year. · The application needs to be very specific on the breakdown of the money being requested. .
