Run starts at east end of Goat Island. Take bridge to island and follow road past parking lot near the falls, continue past the exit road and Three Sisters Island to the big parking lot. Registration opens at 9. Post race party will include food, drinks and awards.

Additional Information

The registration and run start will be at the east end of Goat Island, opposite end from the Falls.
