Scholarship Applications

Eligibility:  Any individual that is a full time undergraduate or graduate student attending a recognized college or university located within the NYS counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Niagara, and Wyoming during the 2007/2008 academic year.  In addition, children and spouses of A&WMA-NFS members attending undergraduate or graduate school, full time, during the 2007/2008 academic year at any recognized college or university regardless of location are eligible.  The Scholarship is awarded for one academic year.

Awards: Multiple scholarships are awarded each year with a value of $200 to $1,000.  The number of scholarships will be determined annually by A&WMA - NFS Board of Directors based on available funds.

Application: Application materials (including grade transcripts) must be received by 11:59pm Friday, February 1, 2008.  Completed applications must include the information outlined in Section I, Section II, and Section III of the application form.  In addition, an official grade transcript (may be faxed) for the two most recent semesters must be included.  Applications must be submitted electronically.  Only complete applications received by the February 1, 2008 deadline will be considered.
